Hey There Friends !!

The other day I was sitting and drawing and suddenly it occurred to me just how blessed I am  !  No it wasn’t the first time I have realized this, but this time it was very different. I was having a less than perfect day. Have you ever had one of those ?  And I was in my “complain train” mindset. So I stopped that train dead in its tracks and decided to shift my focus to something more positive by sitting down and drawing. About and hour into it, I had an AHA moment and it really hit me that my life is so blessed. Sure, I have aches and pains like everyone else, and disappointments about crazy things, but overall, I have everything I need right in front of me. Everything. It was at that moment that I realized I have nothing to complain about. Because I also have the most valuable thing in the whole world – the power to change my thoughts and change my attitude. We are in complete control of out thoughts . No one else is driving that train. Easier to say to do all this than it actually is I do know, but once you are aware that you CAN change your thoughts, you gain power beyond belief. Take a moment today and look at your surroundings. Appreciate it all. Show gratitude each day one day at a time. See how much your life changes. My gratitude list gets longer every day. But what sits at the top of the list is each of you . Yup. You. Yesterday I posted new pages for a new book  and someone asked me if I ever slept.. I laughed..of course I sleep… LOL…  but what I don’t say is that what fuels me to get up each day, draw each day, create art each day is the incredible feedback and compliments I receive from each of you  ! It is truly mind blowing and unbelievable. I cannot find the words to describe it. So instead I just keep drawing to express myself. So, THANK YOU !  I hope I can keep creating art to meet your expectations.

COLORING CAMP RETURNS on September 9th !!!  Hope you can JOIN the FUN !
