Learn to draw byrecognizing shapes using pencil, charcoal and pastels as you book you DRAW ALONG with Anne Manera while watching an easy to follow video lesson. Each week a new video will be released Live on Facebook, with replays available. The fundamentals are taught clearly and in an easy to understand relaxed manner – line, form, perspective, composition and positive and negative relationships will be put on paper in black and white and shades in between. Topics in this DRAW ALONG Volume 1 book include still life with pencil, charcoal and pastels, mandalas using a template, and drawing simple flowers with pencil. Each video lesson is ideal for beginners as step by step instruction in a relaxed manner will be presented. Participants will learn about drawing pencils, types of charcoal and pastels, kneaded erasers, blending, shading, the light source and basic drawing terminology. Anne will field questions from viewers during the live video as well as during the comment section of the video when watching the replay. Participants will have the opportunity to post their drawings to share with others and to receive feedback about their own drawings.
