What is your return policy ?
Digital downloads are non-refundable, based on their nature. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase so if you aren’t satisfied with any of my art, please reach out to me and let me know and I’d be happy remedy the problem in any way I can.
For custom artwork, no refunds will be given after your proof has been sent to you.
For products including prints, home decor, apparel, or any products that are physical products shipped to you, no refunds will be given, unless the product is damaged.
How long does it take for my order to ship ?
Digital items are available for you to download immediately. Physical items are shipped in 7 days. Cardstock coloring pages that are part of memberships ship in 3 days.
Is my credit card information secure ?
Yes, all credit card information is secure. This site has a secure SSL certificate . We do not share any personal information.
How do coupon codes work ?
Simply enter the coupon code in the designated box at checkout and the discount will be applied to your order.
Why do I have to checkout for Free items ?
No payment details are required for free items, however, we do require that you go through the checkout process. This makes downloading your free items simple.
What payment methods are available for purchases ?
We accept Paypal for all of our paid products. You can also use a range of payment methods including credit and debit cards, using Paypal’s secure online portal. You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card or debit card. No payment details are required for free items.
How do I open PDF files ?
Printable coloring books and coloring pages are in the form of a PDF file, which are ready for you to print. If you do not already have a program on your computer to open a PDF, you download Adobe Reader from this website for free.
